April showers bring May flowers and the 2023 Cricket season. 

On behalf of the executive and senior members, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all our new members. With a new Executive team, new Captains, and most importantly new Sponsors, it is going to be an exciting 2023 season. We have all the right wheels in motion for this season to be a successful one for Burghs.

With Covid in the rare view, we want to focus on reviving the social aspects of the club to build on our camaraderie on and off the field. We have an exciting new uniform for this season that you all helped pick, we have established some valuable friendships with new sponsors and looking forward to our Annual Memorial Event, this year hosting Ottawa Red and Whites.

For the on field, our mix of senior/seasoned players and our new players will ensure we put up a challenging team in all 3 formats. We have players that can do well in all disciplines of the game and with the right support from captains and teammates we can be victorious. All that is left to say is Go Burghs Go!
